Job Purpose: To ensure the company properly requests and receives payment for all company projects, goods, and services.
Job Duties: · *Accounts Receivable Duties:* · Prepare Invoices & Monthly Statements · Post customer payments · Prepare bank deposits · Bank Roll up · Monthly account reconciliations · *Projects Assistant Manager Duties:* · Prepare & present bid opportunities to Estimator · Update project job costing reports · Assist in the ordering & accounting of materials for projects · Maintain all projects schedules · Assist project manager with processing change orders · Prepare and submit bids *Qualifications:* · Accounting Background (2 years) · Construction Knowledge (2 years) · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Proficient in QuickBooks · Pays attention to detail · Excellent multi-tasker · Self-motivated · Able to work under minimal supervision · Compensation: $16.
